Medical diagnostic Tool "ROFES"
Software "Automated workplace (AWP) for
a family doctor (reflexotherapist, physiotherapist, medical psychologist)"
The stand-alone hardware/software electroacupuncture
diagnostic tool "ROFES" is intended for measuring
of human organism BioActivePoint' (BAP)'s electrochemical conductivity
and frequency component, registration of the results by means
of three core methods in order to efficiently determine patients'
functional conditions, to receive as clinic diagnoses and
states, as well one's psychological characteristics in parallel
with the somatic status .
The ROFES realizes the unique method of human psycho-
physiological parameters' analysis -"ROFES-diagnosis",
this has multi-level architecture and is recommended for the users
with any previous professional experience.
Operator's level
The user is middle personnel ( nurses, laboratory assistants).
The integral characteristics are automatically evaluated via mathematical
fiscal file analysis of the results, those are:
- Human functional
condition - is a sum of components of medical (clinic) human
organism condition and psycho- emotional background . By other
words, the dynamic equilibrium of human organism,
which is considered as an alive system, is evaluated while
changing of the surroundings - "homeostasis" ; this
is scored by 5-score scale:
- - FINE,
- GOOD,
- SATISFACTORY status,
- UNSATISFACTORY status,
- ESSENTIAL HEALTH RECOVERY.
- Human Adaptation
potential (%%) - is an indicator of one's structures
harmonization as the balance of inner states - physiological and
mental - on demands of the surrundings; a showing of
one's readiness to realize vital functions. The low Adaptation
potential, the depth individual structures are strongly disturbed.
For the person with low Adaptation potential it is extremely
hard to carry out one's vital functions, or that is acceptable
at the expenditures of energy reserves which are necessary for
life supporting. For adults, low Adaptation potential
is a showing of predisposition to extra high level of personal
anxiety on demands of the surroundings. The high Adaptation potential,
the personal structures are harmonious .
- Vegeto- emotional
tonus - a psychological characteristic, as an indicator
of trophothropic and ergothropic tonus (a patient's demand in
receiving or releasing of energy )
- Work efficiency - a sum over all above parameters
- Computer expert analysis of advance clinic diagnosis
and psycho- emotional states via one's examination in the
dialogue mode " Computer- Patient".
Expert reference level
The user is a doctor, a psychologist.
This ROFES mode is offered to set the optimum treatment
course, sequence of medical and rehabilitation stages, prognoses
of situations by the results of patient's examination and diagnosis.
By the end of measurment set, the doctor is supplied extra
to the diagnostic conclusion with the next:
- Spectrum
analysis of frequency characteristics of human organism

Tele-consulting system provides transmitting of the file with
one's measurements to the main or special center and receiving the
consultation from doctors experienced in particular field.
Research level
This level provides the systematization and analysis of accumulated
files with measurement results by great number of symptoms.
This should be interested for academy specialists carring out scientific
researches in medicine, psychology, pedagogics, sociology.
Treatment level
This mode allows via the charts' analysis to apply the acupuncture
treatment (corporal and/or Su Jouk):
- The individual program for electroacupuncture and magneto- resonance
therapy with selection of frequences from one's
spectrum characteristics and bio feedback are automatically
evaluated .
- Visual control of the BAT's reaction on PC display ; the
software enables to modulate low frequency impulses of various
polarities with soft selection of micro-currents' amplitudes.
- Magneto- resonance therapy with sparing magnetic fields exposed
to one's bio active points and zones.
Software modules
Module "Diagnosis"
Three core measuring methods and analysis of the file are
a foundation of the "ROFES- diagnosis":
- traditional- by corporal points;
- Su Jouk - by bel-meridians of manus ;
- vertebraelogia- by processus spinalis vertebralis, by
projection vertebral zones Auricula and Su Jouk.
The head benefits of "ROFES- diagnosis" are: human structures'
computer generated graphical three- dimensional matrixes united
to the integrative system reflecting all the aspects of human
organism status: as medical, characterizing the full "health
section", as well psychological - one's emotional state defining
one's behaviour in some situation.

The main profits of "ROFES-diagnosis" which provides
receiving reliable clinic diagnoses, that is verified with
medical tests, are those:

Module "Therapy"
By generated model of 3D human structures' matrixes, the
doctor is supplied with correction courses for the choice, with
involvement of all human communicative systems: verbal, visual,
sensory, meridian, covering over the widest perception range of
wave characteristics of the surroundings. Whilst, each above
listed communicative system transmits necessary correction signal
to corresponding matrix awaiting for the correction.
The whole complex of correction treatment courses enables to most
efficiently carry out one's rehabilitation, correct one's 3D matrix
structures.
Through energy information perception by the meridian structure
controlling all the organism systems and providing the
mechanism of links among human physiological structures and

- "Frequencies Generator" - new mode into the ROFES
software. With "Frequencies generator" mode you can
create frequency signals of different polarity and duration within
the range of 1 to 100000 Hz. You can also create frequency signals
adding frequencies from Voll, Mandel, SCENAR, DENAS, ZIPPER methods,
etc.
The therapy is a wholly dozed treatment. It is performed
with the computer control via applying bio feedback to patient's
diagnosis. When the energy state of excited points reaches
an individual energy rationed corridor, the stimulation is stopped
automatically .
- Color therapy. Special designed modules of visual stimulation
with the feedback to energy constitution - 6 ancient key elements
(KE)
Module "Selection and testing of medicinal preparations"
The medical diagnostic tool ROFES realizes the
method of selection and testing of any material and information
structures introduced into human' energy space and interacting with
the last.
By diagnostic results, can be determined - either
human energy characteristics harmonize with Bio active additions
(THYAN SHI, VISION, Gerbalife, NEWAYS etc.), allopathic and homeopathic
preparations, or not.
After finishing the test, the color and text estimations
of drugs' compatibility with patient's meridian structure state
are formed and supplied.
Module "Record"
The module realizes the registration of medical records including
the visual information (photos, radiography and ultrasonic examination
- pictures). Capacity of the file - up to 10'000 patients and 1'000
visits by each one.

Module "Tele- medicine"
The tele- consulting feature is realized on the base
of ROFES software, the options include:
- The main center of various experienced specialists;
- Special medical centers;
- clients' stations - AWP ROFES
When it is necessary to receive a consultation from highly specialized
doctors, the mode "Electronic communication" allows transmitting
of patient's file with examination data to the main
or special center. By this information, the experts from the center
consult and E-mail the conclusion with necessary recommendations

Additional options in Version 3.14 software
- "Express-diagnostics and correction AWP" is fully
completed.
1.1. Diagnostics by one point: to increase the accuracy and to
remove noise frequency the automatic start of repeated measurement
by one point with the change of measuring current (120 mcA) is
introduced. The first measurement (60 mcA) is a functional test
(provoking factor) for the point being measured.
1.2. The state of health assessment, automatically calculated
by the result of frequency diagnostics, can be printed.
- There is a function of frequencies compression for transfer
to homeopathic carriers. These correction schemes are saved in
the patient's data. This option will save
time during the recording of patient's functional frequencies
onto homeopathic carriers by the result of frequency diagnostics
using methods Su Jouk, Corporeal, Express-Diagnostics and Correction,
Chakradiagnostics. The option can be started in "Conclusions
and Correction" mode in the above mentioned methods.
- We have added new mode into the ROFES software called "Frequencies
Generator" from 1 to 100000 Hz. You can also create frequency
networks of correction adding the
existing information-wave methods into them (SCENAR, DENAS, ZIPPER,
etc.) In 3.14 version the work with generator becomes more optimized.
- The doctor can select frequencies in schemes of correction
by functional frequencies. This can be done in automatically created
scheme based on the results of frequency diagnostics, mode "Conclusions
and Correction" in all methods.
- There is a function of saving the scheme of correction by functional
frequencies in the patient's data. It is available in methods
Su Jouk, Corporeal, Express-Diagnostics and Correction, Chakradiagnostics.
The option can be started in "Conclusions and Correction"
mode in the above mentioned methods. The scheme created is recorded
into "Physiotherapy" mode. The duration of each frequency
can be corrected by a doctor with the use of "Frequencies
Generator".
- Correction with biological feedback (BF).
6.1. In order to visually control the reaction of a point on the
correction process there is an outline of the initial value of
a point being corrected.
6.2. (BF) In modes "Algorithm 1", "Algorithm 2",
"Conclusions and Correction" you can turn the biological
feedback system off.
6.3. (BF) There is an automatic analysis of point (system) OVERACTIVATION.
If the point being corrected is overactivated during one minute
the process of correction
stops.
- Beginning with version 3.11 and up there is a mode "Diagram
of each meridian changes in dynamics". You can build a diagram
for each meridian showing how its state changed in the course
of treatment in relation to functional norm corridor.
In Version 3.14 you can print all the diagrams.
- We have developed new program RofSet.exe which allows making
the process of the ROFES software restoring automatical. Database
is automatically saved, data are
automatically exported. In previous versions the software could
be restored by copying the program from ROFES RESERVE folder and
then importing data saved before.
- Version 3.14 includes 3D model of six primary elements in the
form of scales (crystal). It allows to analyse the changes of
elements with the assessment of their oscillations as if on scales.
- In Expert System, mode Neurology, clinical descriptions of
backbone diagnostics result conclusions are added.
- In Expert System you can select calculated diagnoses and states
for print in order to exclude slight symptoms of diseases.
